Why We Explain Before We Sell
Most people shopping for a softener or filter get a pitch, a brochure and a number. Nobody tells them what a grain of hardness is, why a carbon filter and a softener do different jobs, or when a reverse osmosis system is more than they need. We run this company to fill that gap.
So every job starts the same way. We test your water at no charge, with zero obligation. Then we go over the readings with you: hardness, chlorine, total dissolved solids, and what each one means at your faucet. If your water doesn't call for a system, we say so.
When you do pick a system, our partner plumbers handle the install. Install is included with water treatment systems. That means the installed price you hear from us on the phone is the whole job, parts and setup together, and you won't see a separate labor charge show up later.
How We Work on Every Job
Readings you can understand
We write down each number and explain it in a sentence or two. Hardness in grains per gallon, chlorine in parts per million. You keep the results whether you buy or not.
One option at a time
We lay out what a softener fixes, what whole-home filtration fixes and what reverse osmosis fixes. Then we tell you which one your test points to and why. You won't hear about add-ons your water doesn't need.
Careful installs
Installs are done by licensed and insured partner plumbers. They cover the floor, set the system where it fits your plumbing and watch each fitting under pressure for drips before they pack up. Boxes and cut pipe leave with them.
We stay with it after
Your installation and labor are covered by a 5-year warranty. Should a connection start to seep or a bypass valve stick, one phone call to us gets someone out to sort it. So far we have 3 five-star Google reviews, and we'd like the next one to be yours.
